Call the Belen Chamber of Commerce for information at 864-8091. The parade will be held on Saturday August 27, 2011 at 10:00 am.
VALENCIA COUNTY FAIR MULE & DONKEY SHOW
This event is FREE and lots of fun to watch. Donkeys and Mules in SPEED events? The Show will be Saturday August 20, 2011 at the Horse Arena on the East side of the Fairgrounds.
STICK HORSE RACE
The Stick Horse Race is to be held Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 1:30pm north of the Pavilion. This is a FUN RACE.
CHILDREN’S PET PARADE
The Pet Parade will be held Saturday August 27, 2011 at 1:00 pm north of the Pavilion. This is a FUN PARADE for the youngsters ages 8 and under. Live animals will be judged separately from the stuffed animals. All animals in the Pet Parade must meet all livestock health requirements. All animals cannot be shown in other categories in livestock, poultry or rabbits. If an animal is deemed unsafe to participants or to other animals Fair Officials have the right to remove and disqualify the animal.

CHILDREN’S FRUIT RACE
The Fruit Race will be held Saturday August 27, 2011 at 2:00 PM. This event is for children from 1 to 12 years of age.
ALL BREED HORSE SHOW
The All Breed Horse Show is sponsored by the Valencia Fair Management Co., Inc.. This event is free to spectators and will be held in the Horse Arena on the East side of the Fairgrounds. The Show starts at 9:00am on Saturday August 27, 2011.
